🤦‍♂️ Troubleshooting

I’m seeing some parts of the app as completely blank (e.g. User profile, Communities)

You’re seeing something like this:

This is an UI bug. The way to fix this is to reset the client, but before you do that, it would be great if you could send the error message that caused this, so we can fix it in the next release.

Please follow the instructions below to get access to the error message.

• Press Cmd + Option + I (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows & Linux) to open the Inspector.

• Go to ‘Console’ tab. You’re looking for some red text that does not end with net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT (Those are your app blocking not-allowed lists that other people post from auto-loading, which is normal behaviour.)

• When you find it expand the inspector wide enough so that you can see the entirety of the red text, take a screenshot, and post it to the Support forum.
